We, Hotel Nirvana Palace provides a unique training session of our honourable guests.
Yoga is especially beneficial for flexibility of joints, tendons, and muscles and helps prevent injury during training. It doesn’t matter if you are a novice or experienced in Yoga.
our experienced Yoga instructor will help you start your day feeling fresh and limber. Starting with some relaxing music in background, our Yoga instructor will take you through a variety of stretching exercises and positions that will help increase your flexibility, posture, and balance.
Each Yoga class ends with a 10-15 minute session of meditation to relax and focus on your goals for that day’s training.
Classes begin with a sitting meditation, then a series of yogic asanas (postures) are taught, the last part of the class works with pranayama and finally some relaxation, visualisation exercises.
Program of Study :
Form, method of instruction, benefits and cautions of 108 asanas (postures), 10 pranayamas (breathing techniques) and 2 kriyas (cleansing techniques)
Learning to create various class-styles: Gentle, Intermediate and Power Hatha yoga .
Teaching methodology, including yoga for diverse ages and student groups, such as prenatal yoga, yoga for children, and yoga for the elderly
Anatomy and the physical/mental benefits of yoga
Subtle yogic anatomy and the Chakras
Introduction to Ayurveda, nutrition, and the yogic diet
Ashtanga philosophy (the eight-fold path)
Teaching practicum and feedback from the trainers .
